Economic Cooperation Organization

I am Permitting integration of the member state and acting as East and West corridor through ECO Member States and thus start a Phase of New World Order and global transformation
I suggest ECO nations seek cooperation and Partnership with European Union, BRICS, India, EAEU, and Shanghai Cooperation. The European Union and China will have a great role to play in this organization and EAEU will also greatly benefit from cooperating with ECO.
Iran and ECO nations must form a transit agreement for Production and Supplies produced in the host countries. This way people who transit from far away countries have to pay the toll for access to Shahrud (King’s Road in Iran) but also there will be free transit between Eco Members. This forces the investments be made locally in ECO nations and thus advancing economics and industries of these region. For example, if you are originated from Germany then you go through transit agreements you have until you get to Iran you pay the Toll for passing through and then ECO nations will have their own secondary unified toll collections for supplies originating from outside of ECO. But if you are going from Pakistan to Germany you will pass through Iran for free and then continue to Germany according to trade agreements you have. If it is rail ways system then it will be easier as Iran historically owns majority of rail ways which their status has been forgotten and left under used. China is building the New King’s rail roads. We need a system of land based trade to improve the investment interests in the central locations. But Iran has to collect tolls since it is world order and Iran will have to provide half of security of the earth by protecting the cross roads. It costs to maintain security in the Nexus since everyone passes through. Lots of things. Thus feel free to compose a better agreement for transit across the borders of nations. But Iran must collect the toll for securing the crossroads.
Another agreement is needed is formation of Trade and Economic Agreement which leads to formation of Industrial supply chain. Meaning corporations in ECO invest in their host country but in industries which Iran has intermediate parts for them and thus import Intermediate from the Iran and advance the economy regionally. For example, Tajikistan produces part A it goes to Iran for making it into product B. Then China Send B* or we have B* produced regionally and sent to Pakistan to produce final product S. Then S is used for regional use or exported to Europe, China, or America. See if you import the parts then you have to export the final product if you don’t want to run out of currency. Zimbabwe lost its industries due to running out of Dollar to pay for imported supplies and parts.
See we need a task force to study capabilities, potentials, and industries of ECO nations and then design an industrial supply chain for the region. We want to do it in a way leading to currency making circulation in the system and be exported so the same dollar bill builds 5 houses before leaving the region while exporting products and thus bringing in 5 dollars to Region.
Transport and Connectivity
I also have following Information taken from their website:
Transport and Connectivity
Transport, mobility and connectivity shall increasingly play its critical role in ensuring regional development, prosperity, social well-being, cohesiveness and the realization of Information Society. Accordingly, to achieve the maximum possible connectivity and its consequent impact on socio-economic development, there is a compelling need to cooperate on fundamental transit related policy issues through increasing efficiency, creating a more harmonized, simplified legal and administrative framework by means of facilitating accession to and implementation of major international conventions/agreements aimed at easing procedures for movement of peoples and goods across the region and beyond, in an efficient way.
Other imperative prerequisite to that end are full implementation of the Transit Transport Framework Agreement (TTFA), facilitating regular and commercially justified operation of ECO corridors/Routes, and modernization of border crossing points Customs.
Addressing the unique challenges faced by the seven landlocked Member States of the ECO needs to be given paramount attention through inter alia providing for efficient and cost-effective transit access.
As concerns ICT connectivity and its inevitable impact on future development level of the ECO region, development and maintenance of information and communication technology, integration in the global market where information and communications technology is a contributor to sustainable and inclusive growth are crucial for the member states. to that end, access to affordable broadband, removal of monopolies, maximizing competitiveness through strengthening of private sector in provision of ICT related services, creation of an enabling environment for increasing the share of ICT related services and products in Member States GDP needs to be given a paramount significance.
Economic Growth and Productivity
Agriculture and industry are the key sectors which can boost economic growth of the region through increasing productivity. In 2001 seven out of ten ECO Member Countries were low income food deficit countries whereas the number decreased to four in 2015. In 2015, number of under-nourished people in the region was about 53 million, almost 12% of the total population. The battle to end hunger and poverty must be principally fought in rural areas, where half of the ECO population and the most hungry and poor live. To eradicate hunger requires a combination of pro-poor investments in sustainable agriculture, rural development and social protection measures to lift people out of chronic undernourishment and poverty.
Immediate steps are required to increase volumes, improve quality and decrease cost of production to satisfy the regional demand for food. This can be realized by, increased agricultural productivity via transferring and changing agro-technology, cooperating on agricultural research and extension, implementing right agro-policy reforms, increasing human capital productivity in the rural areas, optimum usage of natural resources (especially water) and benefitting from international trade in the ECO Region.
Industry is one of the main drivers which bring nations to more prosperous and sustainable futures. ECO Member Countries are at varying degrees of industrialization. The extent of industrial and technological development particularly in the hi-tech arena is very limited thus requiring particular attention. Prevalence of natural and economic human resource is among the advantages that makes investment in industries, affordable and cost effective. However, different factors particularly lack of optimum knowledge of regional capacities, ambiguous regulations and fluctuating/complicated procedures are impeding factors. Furthermore, absence of national strategic policies toward an effective regional cooperation, ambiguity in defining the targets and objectives, skewed financing and non-involvement of women, lack of proper connectivity, regional sub-quality infrastructure and insufficient capacity of for high-tech and new technologies are among the deficiencies for a rapid and cohesive industrial cooperation among the Member Countries. Industrial paradigm of the ECO Region needs to be readjusted as far as possible to contribute to the growth and productivity while meeting the SDG's through adoption of relevant ‘standards and criteria’ and ‘establishment and enhancement of quality infrastructure’ in the Region.
Promoting investment and attracting foreign capital are the key policies to help introduce new technologies and competencies in ECO Region; however it requires Investments. In this context attracting foreign direct Investment will be crucial to boost region’s economic development by generating employment, developing human resources, ‘allowing resource and technology transfer’ and ‘increasing productivity and innovation’.
Energy
Enhancing the energy security and sustainability through wider energy access and trade within the ECO Region and beyond is among the top priorities within ECO. Energy demand is growing in pace with the socio-economic development of ECO Member States, requiring adequate, efficient and equitable provision of energy services. In this connection it is imperative to develop and consolidate common efforts to ensure regional energy sustainability and resilience, in line with ECO Decade for Enhanced Energy Cooperation (2013-2022), projected ECO Plan of Action for Energy/Petroleum Cooperation (2016-2020), Global Sustainable Development Goals, and in coherence with other energy related activities and projections envisaged in the ECO Vision 2025. Accordingly, energy trade, including regional electricity trade; uplifting the renewable energy share in the ECO Region energy profile; enhancing the energy inter-connectivity and ensuring affordable access to all sources of energy are among the targets pursued by ECO.
Tourism
ECO region with an area of more than 8 million square kilometers stretching from central to south and south-west Asia and a population of around 450 million inhabitants is well-known for its natural beauties, as well as diversity of its historical-cultural heritage. In this respect the region has a significant potential to be one of the major tourism destinations in the world, albeit not duly explored. The Region is one of the world’s richest in terms of historical and cultural heritage and echoes memories of the ancient Silk Road.
As one of the largest and fastest growing economic sectors in the world, tourism is well-positioned to foster economic growth and development at all levels and provide income through job creation. The ever increasing and contribution of tourism to the world economy and less investment requirements and environmental effects makes it inevitable to adopt plans and strategies for development of tourism on national and regional basis.
Partnerships
In its work, Organization is entitled by its governing rules and practices to engage in cooperative relationship with other regional and international organization as well as non-ECO countries. This has resulted in numerous partnership frameworks with UN system and other partners.
